M2 Therapy LLC runs Mostly Keeping It Together. and is the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect and why
- Account details (email, sign-in credentials) — to create and secure your account (contract).
- What you write (brain dumps, tasks, routines, settings, favorites) — to provide the Service (contract).
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser info, error logs) — for security and fixing problems (legitimate interests).
- Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).
Voice dictation is turned into text on your device; we don't keep audio. No ads, no tracking, no selling data.
Who we share it with
- Hosting, database, and AI-processing providers that run the Service for us (your text is sent to an AI model only to sort it).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when needed.
- Authorities, only where the law requires.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. "Delete my data" in Settings removes your content right away; purchase records are kept as long as the law requires. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to some uses. Contact us using the details on your receipt; we'll reply within 30 days.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit, private to your account, and protected by access controls.
Cookies
We only use essential storage needed to keep you signed in. No analytics or marketing cookies.
