Mostly Keeping It Together. (the "Service") is provided by M2 Therapy LLC ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with M2 Therapy LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
A personal planning companion: you write down what's on your mind, the app suggests tasks and a realistic plan, and nothing is saved or scheduled until you approve it. New accounts get a 30-day free trial; after that, a one-time purchase unlocks the Service for that account.
Your account
You must be of legal age to form a contract where you live. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity under your account. Please give accurate information.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or getting around limits). You may not resell or redistribute the Service.
AI suggestions
Sorting uses AI. Suggestions may be wrong or incomplete — review them before approving. You're responsible for what you write and how you use the results. The Service is not medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency care; in an emergency call 911, or 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Ownership
We own the Service, its software, design, and branding. Your content stays yours; you give us a limited right to store and process it only to run the Service for you. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, tax, and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
No guarantees
We work to keep things running, but the Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law doesn't allow those limits.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risks, or repeated violations. You can delete your data any time in Settings.
